A few things people ask me.
What does a Director of Operations do for my closing?
I make sure the people and the process behind your file deliver what we promised. If something’s in the team’s way, I clear it, and if something changes, you hear it from us early.
Are you from around here?
I grew up in Chester and live in Old Wethersfield, about five minutes from our Rocky Hill office. My boys’ grandparents live a mile and a half from our Colchester office.
Who shaped how I work
“No, Papa, it’s not soap he’s eating. It’s soup!”
My grandfather stowed away from Sicily at 14 and never learned to read English, so I practiced my school reading with him at his kitchen table. He lived to 102. His patience and work ethic are how I try to lead.
Tell us about your family.
I raised my sons, Nathan and Zachary, on my own, and in 2020, after 20 years of renting, I bought our first home. Nathan plays college volleyball, Zachary runs marathons, and there are two dogs.
And when you’re not working?
Tennis, long walks, horseback riding, and target shooting (I’ve even competed). Holidays are still at my mom’s in Chester.

Healthcare, working directly with people. Where I learned what good service does for someone on a hard day.
Running the whole operation
Multi-site operations and leadership in dental, dementia care, and veterinary medicine. Building the teams and systems behind the people up front.
Real estate closings
Operations for Mancuso Carey and its parent company, Holler Law Firm, so every closing gets the same care.
