Running the firm.
Two principals
George Holler
Connecticut Bar admittee with nearly two decades in real estate. Joined his mother's firm out of law school and built the practice from there.
Treats every closing like a puzzle. Buyers, sellers, realtors, lenders, the other attorney, the title company, the water company, the tax collector, all of them needing to cooperate. Loves the challenge of getting it right, day in and day out. The values he runs the firm on came from a high-school job at a Milford BBQ restaurant and another at Scribner's: lead by example, work hard, and always say "sure, we can do it."
Deborah Everett
Decided to be an attorney at age five. Has seen the title industry from many sides. Large and small, residential and commercial, refinance and purchase, underwriter and agent.
After law school in Texas she practiced real estate, then ran a regional bank's title agency, then served as Chief Compliance Officer for a national title direct operation. Met George Holler at an industry conference; worked with him over the years when Holler Law Firm was the firm to handle attorney states. Joined as Chief Legal Officer.
